Conveniently located in Northwest Oklahoma City, Movement Innovations Dance Studio is here to offer dance classes for children and teens ages 3-18. We offer classes for dancers of all levels from beginner to advanced. Our goal at MIDS is to create a welcoming and positive dance environment!

We have on staff some of the most creative and talented teachers in the state of Oklahoma. Our teachers are continuing to pursue their own training to foster the best learning environment for your children. Our studio offers training in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical/Contemporary, and Hip Hop along with Stretch & Tone and Tricks & Turns classes.

 

In addition to technical and recreational classes, MIDS is excited to offer a Competitive Dance Team. Being a part of our Competitive Team allows students additional training along with participation in Dance Competitions and Dance Conventions. We have a lot of fun at Movement Innovations while we learn about dance! Enrolling your child in dance classes helps improve coordination, flexibility, and strength along with improving focus, respect for others, teamwork, and encouraging self expression. At MIDS, dancers of all ages will excel and continue to improve on their dancing abilities.
